Harvey "Unk" Theodore Lent, 80 of Roseville died at 5:43 AM Friday, May 7, 2021 at the Genesis Healthcare.
He was born September 8, 1940 in Zanesville, Ohio the son of Orville and Beulah Loveall Lent.
Harvey was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and was employed as a truck driver for Putnam Transfer for many years. Following retirement, he enjoyed driving for Frank & Cathy Gorsky Trucking. He was a Lifelong member of the Teamsters #637, a member of the VFW, Moose, Eagles, Duck's Unlimited & the American Legion. Harvey enjoyed watching Westerns, going to the Casino in Wheeling and going to auctions with Franky. He also loved spending quality time with all his nieces, nephews & friends.
He is survived by a son, Kevin L. Lent of Zanesville; a brother Mickey (Diana) Loveall of Salina Kansas; a sister, Sheila K. Nichols of Round Rock, Texas; several nieces & nephews including a special niece, Cindy (Jeff) Clossman of Fultonham; numerous friends and best fur buddy, Daisy. In addition to his parents, Harvey was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Lent.
Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating. Burial with Military Honors will conclude at the Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
